Music Ministry

The Music Ministry at Mountain View Baptist Church uses the precious gift of music to express our praise and deep gratitude to God from His children of all ages. We have a three-fold purpose in our music ministry.

• First, the music ministry strives to GLOW as we glorify our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is achieved through vibrant worship, excellence in preparation, and personal participation through times of public and private worship.
• We also seek to GROW believers in Jesus Christ. This time of growth begins as our preschoolers and children participate in our graded choir programs. We also lead our youth and adults in a deeper and more personal relationship with Christ and assist them in music and fine arts education.
• Finally, we encourage the word “GO”! As a Great Commission Church, we want to reach outside our walls, with whatever gifts and abilities we have been given, to reach a lost and hurting world with the “Good News” of Jesus Christ.
