Heather’s Brownies - Heather Wolfe
In a saucepan, melt a stick of butter. Remove from heat and add sugar, eggs, vanilla. Stir well. Add unsweet cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir well. Frosting: Combine butter, unsweet cocoa, honey, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Frost the brownies while they are warm. |

Peanut Butter Brownies
Melt butter. Add peanut butter and all other ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. To make the icing, combine all of the icing ingredients. Mix until smooth and pour on brownies while hot. |

Wayne’s Brownies
Mix everything in a mixing bowl, stir mixture. You do not need to mix with a mixer. |

My oldest son, Wayne, went home with one of his friends. When he came home he gave me this brownie recipe. Wayne said the friend’s grandmother cooked the brownies for them and they were the best brownies he had ever eaten. Submitted by Peggy Sanford |
